Direction वाले Prepositions वो शब्द होते हैं जो यह बताते हैं कि कोई कार्य किस दिशा में या किस स्थान की ओर हो रहा है।
ये गति (movement) से जुड़े होते हैं, और अक्सर क्रिया (verbs) जैसे go, run, walk, jump के साथ प्रयोग होते हैं।

to	की ओर	She went to school. वह स्कूल की ओर गई।
into	के अंदर	He jumped into the pool. वह पूल में कूदा।
out of	के बाहर	She came out of the room. वह कमरे से बाहर आई।
off	से नीचे या हटकर	The cat jumped off the table. बिल्ली मेज से कूदी।
from	से (स्थान की शुरुआत)	He came from the market. वह बाजार से आया।
towards	की दिशा में	He walked towards the door. वह दरवाजे की दिशा में चला।
across	आर-पार	She ran across the road. वह सड़क के पार दौड़ी।
along	के किनारे/के साथ-साथ	They walked along the river. वे नदी के किनारे चले।
through	के आर-पार, बीच से	We went through the forest. हम जंगल के बीच से गए।
over	के ऊपर से	The bird flew over the wall. चिड़िया दीवार के ऊपर से उड़ी।
up	ऊपर की ओर	He climbed up the tree. वह पेड़ पर चढ़ा।
down	नीचे की ओर	She came down the stairs. वह सीढ़ियों से नीचे आई।
